The majority of the services provided at Lakeview Obgyn are covered by most medical plans, however there are some services that we provide that are not covered. Non-insured services may include physicals for work, school or camp, and the completion of disability, FMLA and other non-medical forms. Charges for these services vary. If a patient requires treatment or assessment that is not available at Lakeview Obgyn we offer an excellent referral service to ensure that all of our patients receive only the best medical care available.
